NYC Midnight Flash Fiction Contest—July 2016 – January 2017

An international contest in which participants have roughly 48 hours to write a 1,000 word story based on a prompt. The contest began with around 2,100 participants.  I placed third in my group in challenge one, twelfth in challenge two, first in challenge three, and was a finalist in challenge four (top 48).

Worked on a team to develop rubrics and gather and present information on technologies, softwares, and other resources available at the University of Mount Union in order to demonstrate simple ways for professors to make assignments collaborative and/or multimodal.  One of my speaking assignments was used as an example for how instructors could assign multimodal speaking projects.
